The Economic System on the Election

One of the discourse that developed in the presidential nomination and the vice president of the Republic of Indonesia at this time is concerning economic system. Not to get stuck in the debate that "nothing" then let's debate the system back knowledge economy in the prominent thinkers of which consist thinking a system of the economy on the world.

The thinkers are Smith Adam, Karl and Mark Antony Gidden. why the three men? because for me these three thinkers have different views represent a growing economic system until now.

Smith argued that the production and trade, as the key to prosperity, so that the maximum and the universal property, Smith suggested the government to provide economic freedom to the people in the frame of free trade both in the scope of domestic and international. [2] In his book The Wealth of Nations, Smith supports the principle of "natural freedom", ie, every human being has the freedom to do what the interest without intervention of the government. This understanding of the state may not intervene in the flow of movement and rotation of capital, money, goods, and labor.
Smith also consider limiting economic freedom by the government as a violation of human rights. [3] The main reason for Smith that prohibits government intervention is the doctrine of invisible hands (hands unseen). According to this doctrine, freedom (freedom), self (self-interest), and competition (competition) will produce a stable society and prosperous. Individual efforts to realize the interests of himself with millions of other individuals will be led by the "invisible hand". Every effort to pursue individual interests, it consciously or not individual also promote the public interest. [4] In other words, Smith claims in an economy without government intervention (laissez faire) that the values of freedom (liberalism), the economy automatically set itself to achieve prosperity and harmony.
Note also important, with the later related thought Karl Mark, that Smith also considered that the human animal that is never satisfied with their needs (dissatisfaction animal), and for this behavior will make people always look for profit, whether it is as producers, consumers also.
manufacturers tried to find benefits to 1) raise prices, 2) the cost of production of bottom. will consumers are looking for profits by buying goods that good quality, but cheap price (read: affordable).
Smith for this condition have consequences when the goods are not high quality or will not by itself be purchased by consumers, and finally producers who sell expensive will collapse not quality. therefore be submitted on economic affairs homo-economicus and the government does not need to intervention. because producers will also be watching the race to create the quality goods with affordable prices, (consumers can buy them).

Marks in this context catch signals are the most disadvantaged when producers tried to find profits. questions; how producers profit? if they raise prices and threatened by consumers who do not want to purchase goods production, the second alternative to achieve the benefits of course with a cost production bottom.
which cost? whether they will reduce the material, so clearly this is also because of the threat that consumers choose quality goods. the most disadvantaged people and not others does not is not the labor.

research with a serious interest ultimately is the root of the problem lies in the ownership of private capital. because by then concluded that Mark may not have the goods that are owned or predominantly private ownership and must be mastered by the community or economic system should be regulated by the government.
